Isaac was 40 years old when he married Rebekah. They couldn't have any children. They where very sad. Isaac prayed very hard. Many years later, Rebekah gave birth to twin boys. They were very happy. They named the boys Esau and Jacob. Esau became a hunter and travelled all over the countryside hunting wild animals. Jacob became a shepherd. He stayed home and cared for sheep and goats.
Their father, Isaac, liked Esau best. Rebekah's favourite was Jacob. One day, Jacob was cooking some stew. Esau came home very hungry. He asked Jacob for some stew. Jacob agreed to give only if Esau gave him his birthright. Esau had the birthright because he was born first.
Esau was very hungry so he did not bother about his birthright. Finally, he gave up his birthright. Jacob was very happy. He scooped out a bowlful of stew for Esau. ( Genesis 25 )

Isaac And Rebekah
Isaac grew up and soon became a man and wanted to be married. Issac's father told his servant to find a wife for Isaac. Abraham told his servant to go to the town of Nahor and there God will guide him.
So, the servant and his ten camels went to Nahor. There, he stopped by a well. He prayed that God will show him the woman who should be Isaac's wife. Just then, a woman appeared and gave him a drink. She also gave all his thirsty camels a drink too. After that, the servant asked her if he can meet her family. She agreed and on their way home, she told him about her family. Just then, he knew that she was the one for Isaac.
Abraham's servant met her whole family and told, that he came to help Abraham's son find a wife. He said that, he prayed and God guided him to Rebekah. Rebekah's father asked if she wants to marry Isaac. She said 'Yes' and they went back to Canaan with Abraham.
Finally, Isaac and Rebekah got married. ( Genesis 24 )
